Hi and welcome to our page. Julienne formed back in June 2006. Thanks again for all your comments over the last few years with the old Julienne Band songs and Hotrax/EMI Demos, they all had some great reviews and some even had no1 chart positions which is very encouraging all thanks to your great support. We have a new direction for Julienne now, having had some time out since the beginning of 2009. We have come back as songwriters rather than a band so its now just the two of us with a more simple, laid back acoustic approach. We will be adding more acoustic songs very soon........ Hello Julie, Just finished listening to your new song "Keep Me Warm" and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was every bit as good as all of the comments here have depicted. Payden was correct in his statement that not many artist's can effectively pull off a solo vocal backed by a single instrument but you seem to nail it every time with your aesthetically pleasing vocal dynamics meeting with the natural piano. I enjoy listening to a good vocalist with only one instrument for back-up... not every singer can pull it off successfully, but some seem to sound very natural in this manner and you are one of them...real nice stuff, m'friend. Peyden

i haven't heard you voice in a while, but listening to this track made me remember how much i loved it. this is a very nice track, Julie. i like the overall chordal movement of this piece, as well as the tempo variations. as i listened, i wondered what the piece would sound like with just a touch of reverb on the vocals. but with that aside, this is a very fine tune... both vocally & musically!

You asked that I keep you posted on my music. All I can say is, just go to my music page and play one that grabs your attention.... you might try "Simple As the Falling Rain" or "As Before" or "Remember Me", you might find something that won't totally turn your stomach....LOL!!!!
