A wonderful blend of smooth jazz, funk, dance and world music centralized through the piano, acoustic guitar and the occasional synth lead..
ALL of the compositions you hear here start with one simple truth - without God, I could do nothing but because of HIM, all this is possible! Each and every effort is a serenade to Him, as I owe Him every song. Over the years, I've learned new things about song composition and have always been willing to push the boundaries of sound. I was trained as a musician and recording engineer as a child, learning to put together melodies when I was only 7 years old. This was at the height of jazz fusion where lead instrumental improvisation was king. Although I was trained early on to read and write sheet music, this improvisation has shaped my writing. Now, I write from my heart. The songs represented here are the culmination of my ventures. Each new song is a lesson in itself as I am a never ending student of music, sound and the new and emerging recording processes. As you listen, keep in mind these are my intimate conversations with God. My conversations are sometimes upbeat, sometimes somber, but never boring. In all, I share these songs so that you may enjoy the music.

Story behind the song
Started out as just the voices, then the guitar came. After that, I tried to keep the song interesting so on came the piano.

great mix of vox & guitar as they trade tastey rythmic bits, the violin is just right :)

Great usage of the choir vts, I always found hard to incorporate. Nylon sounds clean and clear, bass is way solid ever pressing on. Violins are a nice touch, parts fit like a glove, oh and the solid piano parts as usual, are the binding force. Majestic piece, well done.

A grand tapestry of magnificent instrumentation…from the introduction of the angelic voices…your magical acoustic guitar, the grand piano passages, and the beautifully strings, all masterfully woven into a soundscape that takes the listener to higher levels of consciousness , albeit heavenly and inspiration. Technical: professional mix and production values. Superb rich sonic texture throughout. Truly one of your finest in my opinion.

Beautiful guitar is right! I love when the piano comes in. Nice full sound. You know I am envious of your mixing skills! Haha I was just starting to think, this really needs a break, then it came in with the lovely strings. I do think the drums get a tad repititve though although you do change them up slightly at the right times of course. Well done.
