I went by 'aka' then. he calls me Johnny 1st time. Took me over a decade to find a bootleg copy. A generous guy in Europe heard my plight and fedex'd it to me, whole show, amazing people out there! What a show. Woke up and my pic was on front page of local paper as well. Can't ask for a better memory for the photo album of life. Its one of my biggies.
