Story behind the song
This is a little collaboration with me and my friend Malicio (Mele) Hernandez. Melly did all drums,sax and some base,which made this fun recording with live drums and a real bass I hope you enjoy

I've so missed your laid back dreamy style! This track has a slow upbeat feel to emphasise the plodding we have to do through life. Love the message in the lyrics, a great track to listen to when times get alittle tough. It made me smile Danny! Thanx for sharing hun, a great relaxing/chilling fun track to lift a mood :0)

Great chorus hook melody, which makes for a hit song. The vocal harmony is superb and guitar tones fits so well in the song. Enjoyed the listen very much.

Glad to see you recording again my friend. This is a fine track to make a *comeback* with too. The instrumentation blends nicely, especially that sax, with the cool vocals. Top shelf on this one!

The nuances of your tunes are what get me- love the little Rhodes-sounding keyboard accents and the sax, of course. Nice understated melody and good use of space both in the arrangement and the soundstage. Sounds like latter day Supertramp- that's supposed to be a compliment!

Marvelous vibe, soulful and moody. Love the arrangement and the sound from the bass and drums is fantastic - warm, rich with nice tones. Great interjections from the piano and guitar. Very atmospheric sax, great vocals/lyrics - captivating melody, and again very soulful/moody. This one definitely has a touch of magic about it.

Beautifully written, signature amazing lyrics we can all relate to. Flows so naturally. A super-hip jazzy quality to the backing, great sax, actual drumming (recorded so well!), and bass. Very strong, smooth, and natural vocal performance and harmonies (wow!). Sweet steering keys, guitar sounds great, nice vibrant driven tone. An actual live feel to this....perhaps slightly less spacial and spread out than a typical big studio recording. Wonderful work by you both. I'm quite fortunate and very happy to be one of first folks to have a chance to hear this, I love it, it's fantastic to hear you actively recording this summer Danny. :)

liking the sneaky feel, the lyrics, and the mysterious edge. the bass line creeps along and sets the tone nicely. no way i could ever sing stuff like this but you pull it off. well done. gabe

I like that distant guitar hangin around back there.. nice sound staging! it has allllot of space in it. something i have to learn to do. It has a live feel to it.. grooovy. I think you were at my page yust a yittle bit yago.. thanks! and yeah, I do it my way.. thanks for noticing!;-)
