Welcome to the music of Carlo D'Anna's Ridiculous Dream music. Also known as "Dream Warrior" in some circles. Influences and music styles ranging from basic to progressive rock, with definite Retro seventies sound. If you enjoy the sound of Moody Blues, George Harrison, Genesis, Dead Can Dance, and others of the same style, more or less, you will probably like this music. I use quite a bit of Mellotron and acoustic fingerstyle guitar as well.

Lyrics
Sailing Sarah comes from the sea, hoping she comes for tea. Dressed in moonbeams silver and fine , hope she has time for me. I am waiting, looking for her in the park, something I do long until it gets dark. When I saw her standing, her kin demanding she smile for a portrait. My blood goes rushing, the springtime colours, fill the sky, the clouds will spell: Happy Birthday to me! When I walk to see her, its like the flowers, they sing from their face. I wish she'd stay here, instead of leaving, on the next sailing ship from me! Sailing Sarah comes from the sea, hoping she comes for tea. Dressed in moonbeams silver and fine , hope she has time for me.

Quite the delight, I'm glad it resurfaced from under the newer tunes. Groovy and fun, love that percussion.

Very Whimsical and utterly convincing. Dare I make a comparison with, "Cups and Cakes" by early Spinal Tap. This is on a parr with the best from that 'groovy' period. I was a teenager then, and what a great time for inventive music. Top marks my friend.

Just like the fifties to me are nothing but plain darkness, and hidden history, and perversion behind most doors waiting to creep out... The sixties showed us the possibilities and the opportunities we all had. They were not the answer though. They just gave us a glimpse of what was possible. Of course, on the other hand : so glad that I was just a kid over then, and not any of my parents !! What a beautiful and amazing tune... I was amazed...

This gives me a Beatles vibe from the 60's a touch of psychedelic, very well put together Carlo, sounding just lovely, being a Beatle fan, of course I love it.

More British than Big Ben! This is perfect - the tune, the lyrics, that accent's more english than mine! Fantastic instrumental textures in here too - Melotron, flute, loads of stuff. Good music and tons of fun. Loved it. Absolutely smashing.

Hey, it's 1967 on Carnaby Street and that flute player is far out man! The attention to the details make this really special. All the right sounds, the right words, the right production. It takes me back! Excellent work, Carlo!
