Wonderful tune, such an organic purity to the groove and textures. This is as fine as it gets, anywhere. Absolutely love the sax and keys, and that distinctive vocal work, a joy to take in. So much substance.....congratulations, this is extremely special.

I'm sitting here in the dark of nite as it gently rains right outside the window beside me, I'm enjoying the earthly smells and enjoying a few soulful moments before I leave to begin my niteshift...this funky...sweet...jazzy bluesy tune is wafting from the speakers...talk about loveliness :D
EVERYTHING about this song is wonderful! Love the guitars...sax, keyboard, harp playing and the vocal is the perfect fit! Very nice mix and performance....5 stars...2 thumbs up....10 fingers and toes....givin' it all I got captain! ;)

Oh yeah! Very bluesy. I am so glad you asked me to listen to this; very cool... Love the skat vocals in the middle. I would agree with some others that have listend as well: many layers in this song. The organ, harmonica, sax, etc. all good stuff! The song revolvs around the reverb (echo) for me - gives it that depth and mood.
Yeah, I like it a lot!

This is fabulous,by far the best technical recording yet.This song has a timeless blues feel.I can distinctly hear all the instruments and everything seems to blend very well.
The lyrics are top notch and so heart felt.
Right off the bat I can suggest one thing.when the vocals come in (and the vocals are awesome as always) but you might try putting all the music on a sub mix and the vocals on another,then lower music a notch when vocals come in.
Then put them right back up.I think this will bring out the vocals and lyrics a bit more,which is the heart of the song.
I am astounded by the amount of instruments and tracks you must have used for this.
Honestly this is the best Yellowheel yet,it sounds like you guys have been performing for years and music just naturally flows from you. and that whats its all about.
There is a distorted guitar lead that might be a bit much distortion,it kind of drowns out some other instruments in sections but guys,the drums,guitars,keys
