Disciples of Christ (DOC) are a group of quartet gospel singers who represent the deep southern foot stomping gospel that your parents warned you about. DOC was formed as a tribute to their grandfather Dr. Ruffin Turner, pastor of Ebenezer holiness church. The event was such a success that the group decided to continue their ministry. DOC understands that their sole purpose is to praise god and revive the quartet genre which was made famous by the Mighty Clouds of Joy, The Gospel Keynotes.
