Very sadly written, but very well put together..I've always heard that you don't know what you have until it slips away from you. All too easy to take the people in your life for granted; that is, until they leave. I'm on my second listen, great vocals, Gabe, and the music fits like a glove..nice job you and Dan have done. :) I'm sorry I'm running behind, but better late than not, eh? :) Have a good one. :)

Yeah... sometimes you don't know what you've lost before it is gone.It is a lovely tune nicely putted together with very nice, naturaly vocals - and lovely lyrics to go with it. Brilliant !

Hi Gabe, Very sad all too familiar story. You really capture the mood both lyrically and musically. Very good accoustic ballad. This reminds me somewhat in sentiment of a song by Chris Ward on SC called there is no Me another favorite SC artist of mine. I guess great minds think alike and when you write about universal feelings these feelings make for great songs. Nice work Gabe.
