By purchasing a Baddest Beat you agree with the policy below:
Stay tuned for updates baddest beats will be updated frequently.
The beats can be licensed non-exclusively for only $20. This license allows you to sell up to 2,000 copies of your project without paying us any royalties. If you sell over 2,000 copies, you would have to contact us at MUSIC@MAESTROSMAIL.COM to negotiate a royalty contract. You are allowed to use beats for shows/radio play however if there are any publishing/performance royalties involved (ie. ASCAP, BMI, etc.) then we are entitled to 50% of the writer's share of the publishing.
To purchase a non-exclusive license, simply email us at hits@baddestbeats.com and tell us the names of the beats that you want, as well as the email address that you use for Paypal. We will send you a money request and upon receipt of the funds we'll send a download link to you via email.
All vocal tags are removed from the beat when a license is purchased. Beats are delivered in 192 kbps mp3 format. We can also provide the beats in .wav format, however there is an additional charge of $10 per beat for this. (If you are getting multiple beats, we can negotiate a reduction in this fee).
For an additional charge, we can also provide the individual tracks to a beat (ie. kick, snare, bass, etc.) - if you are interested in this, please contact us via email for pricing.
We generally only consider licensing a beat 'exclusively' if you are a major label artist or an independent artist with significant distribution (you must plan on taking a track nationwide and selling tens of thousands of units). If you are serious, contact us for pricing: hits@baddestbeats.com.
Exclusive, custom production is also available. Please contact us at hits@baddestbeats.com for details.
The beats marked with the "FREE" logo are licensed to you NON-EXCLUSIVELY. You may sell up to 2,000 copies of the songs you make with these beats without paying us any royalties. If you sell more than 2,000 copies, you would have to contact us at MUSIC@MAESTROSMAIL.COM to negotiate a royalty contract. You are allowed to use beats for shows/radio play however if there are any publishing/performance royalties involved (ie. ASCAP, BMI, etc.) then we are entitled to 50% of the writer's share of the publishing.
