Legacy, not infamy, in the sense that something you did will be left behind for all.

Story behind the song
Just going for something different. I have spent considerable time in La Paz and always loved the laid back attitude of the city and it's people. The music there had a celtic, bluzy vibe to it. My humble attempt to honor my visit there.
