Story behind the song
(Kaul 2009) I wrote this song while staying in Montreux Switzerland. There are many Cafe's in Montreux but none named Cafe' Montreux. This is just an imaginary place that include pieces of stories from several real places.

Outstanding! Love the guitar work and your vocals are great. The flute and bass are very cool. Hip, chic vibe - yep, that's Dale.

Exotic Pop surrounding this neat cafe - sounds like the kind of place for a little excitement ;^)) Loved the walking bass, guitar rides, and smooth vocals. Bravo!!

Just dripping with pure class, boozy bluesy vocals, solo's with a tone that just won't quit, and the flute's straight from the jazz festival across the lake!

Dale, Nice job my friend. There are a lot of influences going on with this one. The first vibe I got was this "Moondance" vibe from the cool bass lines. Then the guitar solo (smokin by the way) gave me a Stevie Ray Vaughn vibe. An overall nice blend of smootheness, coolness and rawness. Kudos to you!!!
