Matthew Harrison is currently fronting Las Vegas act 'Raygunriot'. These songs are from his debut solo CD released in 2001. Working with producer/engineer Jeff Robinson, Matthew assembled some of the greatest players in music today. Kevin Shepard of 'Tonic', 'Zoo Story' & 'The Revisionists' plays drums on this record; John Ginty formerly of Jewel's band plays keyboards; Evan Frankfort, once a touring member of the Wallflowers plays guitar alongside Mark Christian of 'Merle Jagger'. The result is modern and direct. Matthew's voice is one of the strongest in rock music today.

Triple A station WVOD in Manteo, North Carolina begins testing "My Best Friend" in light rotation on 1/28/02 where it begins gathering 4 spins a week. After 5 weeks of new music show airplay, WBSD in Burlington, Wisconsin add the Matthew Harrison record on 2/05/02. Record added by KCSU in Fort Collins, Colorado; KDUR in Durango, Colorado; WWSP in Stevens Point, Wisconsin; on October 13, 2001. KRVM-FM in Eugene, Oregon adds song on October 15, 2001. The song spins in a category called 'Jock's Choice'. WZZQ-FM in Terre Haute, Indiana becomes the only Alternative radio station on the Radio & Records reporting panel to add the song September 25, 2001. It receives total spin count of @14 at which time the station is shut down by the FCC on account of other pending violations. WTWV-FM in Cape Cod, Massachusetts adds song on September 4, 2001. Song receives heavy rotation airplay @32 spins a week. Album sells out at local music stores from airplay. Chaos ensues.
