Tessia Perry was born and raised in Ardmore, Tennessee and began her singing career at the early age of 9 when she entered a talent contest at her elementary school. To her amazement she walked away with “Grand Champion” in her age group. Her love of music caused her to explore and study many genres of music including Rock, Pop and Classical. At the age of 12 Tessia enrolled in classes at A.R.S. Nova School of the Arts in Huntsville, AL to learn voice control and projection. She has won numerous trophies during her years of performing. Now, at 19, she is furthering her talent and love of music by writing and co-writing her own songs. Tessia is currently in the process of creating her first Country CD entitled “Grandma’s House” which is dedicated to her grandmother who passed away a few short years ago.
