English lyricist working with dozens of composers and artists
I am a lyricist working with many composers and artists around the world and most frequently with 2 guys, Juri Rosenfeld and Mark Ellis who, although their styles are entirely different, are both extremely talented as musicians and composers, as well as producers. Along with these two, with whom I have written more than 50 songs....I have been most fortunate to collaborate with so many others that the list is almost endless but two very talented ladies spring to mind: Dawn Diamond and Amy Caldwell, who have not only both composed for my words but have also both are possessed of beautiful voices and have sung many, many times on songs I have written. There is no ONE genre I write for, since a lyricist has to be able to write for ANY category and I do, but one thing I try to be always, is honest in my work because when there is integrity, there is a way to relate to the song and if occasionally I meander into the poetic, it is because I am and always have been, since the age of 13 years, a poet...but that doesn't mean everything I write is flowery or full of metaphors...as I say, I strive always to be real and of course, most importantly, to be as unique as possible.

Lyrics
Coming Home by Dawn Sinclair V1 Honey love the way you enter a room that air of savoir faire Honey love the way your eyes will find mine anytime, anywhere Ch You could fly across the world And you could right a thousand wrongs...ohhhhh ohhhhh While I stay behind and party every night after lonely night so long V2 Honey love the way there’s never a doubt I’ll be here when you appear Honey love the way you speak without words from the start to my heart Ch2 I could follow in your footsteps Show the world where I belong....ohhhh ohhhh But I stay behind and party every night after lonely night ...and long solo Rpt Ch2 V3 Honey love that I’m your reason to be coming home, coming home.

Hi Dawn, A real treat to the ears. Lyrically, musically, vocally top notch. Saw you over at Juris and you are right SC is a ghost town! I just came back from the UK dropping my daughter off at grad school. We took the northern tour up through liverpool, scotland so did not get near Brighton. Looks like you are down south on the ocean. I dont know how anyone affords to live in the UK. I make a decent living here but over there I could not begin to live in the style I have here.

I'd heard this over on Juri's site..then went over to Amy's place and left her some kudos. :D I really, really, enjoyed Amy's performance, and the music was great. But then, I'm always partial to hearing Amy..she's got such a lovely voice. :D Love the lyrics, too..you've written a real winner here. :D

Dear Dawn ! On my first CD there was a composition named "Leaving Home", one of my favorites. Surprisely, the final song for my new CD is "Coming Home".... Very significant !! Thank you for being nearby and your invaluable help with this project !
