Music for your heart and soul.
Not really what you could call a band. It's just me! Music has always been a passion of mine. I have been playing one instrument or another since I was big enough to sit at the family piano. I played tenor sax in my high school band and played around a little with the guitar. I found six strings to be a bit too much and I soon picked up my first bass. Bass guitar seemed to be perfect for me. After I got the hang of the bass the six string didn't feel nearly as awkward. I started out playing in garage bands like most everyone. I played in club bands for many years until I got totally burnt out from the road and dealing with club owners. Sure I miss the live performances but now days I'm perfectly content to plug a guitar into my iMac and just do my thing.

Story behind the song
I'll fill this in later. LOL
Lyrics
Seven hundred miles from nowhere That's where my baby left me Standing here with a heavy heart Wondering why oh why oh why my baby left me Nowhere to go No one to see Nothing to do What have I done? What did I say? I just don't know Why my baby left me Why oh why my baby left me So I think I'll just cry cry cry cry Why oh why oh why Won't these tears wash my blues away? I've got seven hundred miles of blues baby Seven hundred long lonely nights Since I last saw my baby I don't know what I should do now I don't know why oh why oh why my baby left me No one to love No one to hold What can I do? I can't perceive What have I done? I can't believe That my baby left me Can't believe my baby left me So I think I'll just cry cry cry cry Why oh why oh why Won't these tears wash my blues away? I've got seven hundred miles of blues baby

Hey Gordon, What a great job on this blues! The production is SWEET! Very clean! Jolee, also did a great job on the vocals! What a nice match, her vocal didn't take anything away from the song. Good job on the lead guitars! Thanks for turning me on to this song, and I will pass it along to my brother Cliff (Sean'sdad). Dave

Synthesis, development, darkness, tonality, emotion, restraint, synthesis of emotion and restraint, synthesis of blues and symphonism, you are true masters, both ot you. (On drums is Gordy too, right?)
