Story behind the song
This song is very dear to my heart as it is designed to encourage women towards outreach programs in our community. There are so many people who are in need of hearing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In this song, it refers to the role that women played in the early days of Christianity - roles that were very empowering! Men listened! It is my sincere hope that women realize that they are 'daughters of the King'and have specific gifts in order to lead and to guide...God Bless!

I remember Jesus saying "Whomsoever will"..and though the majority of the burden fell to the men to heed His call...the women were called in other ways. I really, really like this song. :D It's well-written and speaks a great truth, Maureen. :D There was a prominent role that women played in His human life when He came here, not to judge, but to love. Thank you for bringing me here to listen to another great song. :D
