I am Sam, and this is my music. All of the music here, I have created using my Casio LK-90tv keyboard, Cakewalk Music Creator 2 MIDI software, audio recordings from my time playing in the band Product of Indonesia, and any combination of these three. I would love to hear any comments, praises or criticisms. So take a listen and tell me what you think.

Story behind the song
Originally inspired by a quiet night with a friend, I wrote the lyrics to this song probably around January 2008. Then I decided that I would write music to go along with those lyrics not included in this recording with MIDI software.
Lyrics
Just the right words come too late For a moment long since gone All thats left is look behind Look ahead and move along. Still its burning in my mind On this cold and lonely night. What could I have done differently? What words to make it right? So I close my eyes and wonder, See the world in a different light. Listen to the ring of thunder. Feel the darkness glow so bright. Let me know Ill find a clue In the window in the mirror, Standing right before me now, all Blurred but so much clearer. (So I Close my eyes.) Like waves across the ocean They crash over my shore Wash away the sands of time Rise and fall for more. Like waves across the ocean My thoughts escape my mind. They move and they swell Intertwined. My life appears in broken shards That flash before my eyes What have I long since lost and gained? Why must I ask then why? Shards fall around me everywhere And the tide is bearing in. Listen to the ring of thunder. Feel the rain reveal chagrin. Like waves across the ocean They crash over my shore Wash away my sands of time Rise and fall for more. Like waves across the ocean My thoughts escape my mind. They move and they swell Intertwined. The rain stops pouring The sun will rise. I stare into the dawn. Sands slip from my fingers, Gripping the hourglass long gone (and a). A beach beneath my feet takes shape, Takes form - solid ground. Footprints mark the path I tread. My silent steps resound. (Hope they remain when I return. Marks in the sand, let them never fade. If only somehow I could learn Never again play this masquerade.) Like waves across the ocean They crash over my shore Wash away my sands of time Rise and fall for more Like waves across the ocean My thoughts escape my mind They move and they swell Intertwined.
