Lyrics
================================ RIGHT NOW Music by Sandra D. McCarthy Lyrics by Anita Claire French & Sandra D. McCarthy © October 6, 2008 Sandra D. McCarthy (ASCAP) & Anita Claire French (ASCAP) ================================================ v1 Wish I could do it all over, and Make my mistakes disappear. (Yeah Yeah Yeah) Now I see down the clearing road, and How the hurt has led to here. v2 I'll toss the pain out the window, I'll Do it while I'm feelin' strong. (Yeah Yeah Yeah) Can't fix my dreams that were broken. I'll Make new ones then move along. Chorus RIGHT NOW... I'm coming into focus. RIGHT NOW... I'm livin' no more lies. RIGHT NOW... I'm feeling like me, again. RIGHT NOW... It's time to say goodbye. Bridge Yeah! v3 I thought you were my Romeo. You Whispered love poems with a grin. (Yeah Yeah Yeah) Time has passed, and to tell the truth, Your Hollow charms have grown too thin. v4 Tomorrow looks even better, and With change, I'll feel most alive. (Yeah Yeah Yeah) With a hard-earned smile on my face, I'm Steppin' out and will survive. Chorus RIGHT NOW... I'm coming into focus. RIGHT NOW... I'm, livin' no more lies. RIGHT NOW... I'm feeling like me, again. RIGHT NOW... It's time to say goodbye. Tag RIGHT NOW, I'm gonna say, RIGHT NOW, I'm gonna say good bye.

This is indeed perfect pop, with a nice Motown beat, and is that Carole Kay on bass guitar ? :) this is just right for Summer listening. If this was a freebee download, I'd be grooving to it all day on my I-pod. Don't suppose . . . ah well, you can but ask. lol

Very nice mix and vocal blend. The vintage feel is very nice.

Hi Sandy, This one is super. Love the melody reminds me of a great hit from the 60s but original in its ownself. Hey saw you are from Florida. I flew into Jacksonville today and working this week in Fitzgerald GA. Small world but.... Florida is one big state! LOL!

Wow, Sandy - what a super track. God definitely gave you a fool-proof set of ears - you hear it all. Your lyrics gel perfectly with this reaching, yearning melodic/rhythmic structure. Your voice is always so delicate and vulnerable but your lyrics always evince a strength that counters the sonic sweetness. All I can say is that you have a completely unique and commercially appealing sound all your own - and that work like this inspires me to take your advice more to heart! 5 stars!

I really like the Motown vibe; the only thing that would be better would be a real brass section! lol Lyrics were maybe a bit 'wordy' at times and the main vocal and backups (all being you) tended to blend too closely (into one sound) at times, but hey, that happens with me too. That's why it's always better to have more than one vocalist! Did I mention the bridge is WAY cool? :^)
