Story behind the song
The song was inspired by the resilient spirit of the musicians of the Congo, who inspite of the immense disadvantages facing them as a result of years of war and poverty have continued to produce some of the World's best Music- as such the title Les Boys Kinois- the word Kinois is slang for a native of Kinshasa, the Capital of the Congo.
