Music for your heart and soul.
Not really what you could call a band. It's just me! Music has always been a passion of mine. I have been playing one instrument or another since I was big enough to sit at the family piano. I played tenor sax in my high school band and played around a little with the guitar. I found six strings to be a bit too much and I soon picked up my first bass. Bass guitar seemed to be perfect for me. After I got the hang of the bass the six string didn't feel nearly as awkward. I started out playing in garage bands like most everyone. I played in club bands for many years until I got totally burnt out from the road and dealing with club owners. Sure I miss the live performances but now days I'm perfectly content to plug a guitar into my iMac and just do my thing.

Lyrics
I've seen many people The look of death in their eyes They didn't see him coming He came to them in disguise When your fooling with the needle And all the things you do Just remember this my friend It could just as soon happen to you Don't let the hangman catch you He's gonna put a noose around your neck Don't let the hangman catch you Your gonna find yourself six feet in the ground I've seen many people The look of death on their faces Just take a look around You will see them in many places They thought they knew him well But they didn't know him at all Just remember this my friend Or he's gonna send you to hell Don't let the hangman catch you He's gonna put a noose around your neck Don't let the hangman catch you Your gonna find yourself six feet in the ground I've seen many people The look of death all around They didn't hear him coming Because he did not make a sound When your fooling with the needle And all the things you do Just remember this my friend It could just as soon happen to you Don't let the hangman catch you He's gonna put a noose around your neck Don't let the hangman catch you Your gonna find yourself six feet in the ground

The mix sounds really good, my only complaint is that in my opinion the vocals are a bit low compared to the other istruments, it's hard to hear the lyrics. It could, of course, be the fault of my my crappy speakers also. But overall, very nice song and a good mix!

Congrats for the No.1, Gordon:)! Someone mentioned this sounds a bit like Jethro Tull and I agree, some celtic influence in there. Very nice all round, well played and produced. Take care mate, Mauri.
