We are one-man band playing mostly our own compositions heavily influenced by Big-beat styles of 60-80s and a little Blues-flavour.
Nowdays it's mainly one-man band, friends are given a hand,at times."Music was my first love and it will be my last"!.Just can't quit composing my own songs and playin' for "constantly shrinking audiences"...

Lyrics
Called you once, called you twice Same message, cold as ice Are you in there? Is anyone home? Know it's late, I feel you there Can't believe that you don't care Are you in there? Is anyone home? I guess we couldn't carry on the cracks were spreading wider from edge to edge But maybe we could make it work if I could only reach you and I'll keep trying anyway Can't escape, I’m standing here Outside your window pane Are you in there? Is anyone home? Best to leave this crooked path finding one that seems much straighter You must agree I will not accept defeat before I say ...anyway Yeah I’ve gotta say this anyway You gotta listen no matter what you say Are you in there? Is anyone home?

Mr Juri, first impression , the instrumentation track is fantastic , the solo is amazing , I don't know what your reference was for creating this sound but I love it , your arrange ment? production is full and at the same time full of air letting the rythm breath ,allowing Amys vocals to shine tremendously , the combination of such a hot input on your guitar bass drum track and the way it is Eq'd and the wonderful stereo field , the tone your have created on your Strat has kind of a Pretenders/ motels thick round tone very cool I have heard this style before but I can't recall the song , what a great vehicle for Amy's voice and I assume Dawns lyrics ? the melody is really working well also with Amys close tight pop harmonies , this is definitley a contender for " Mr Moon shine " ( the next CD release ? ) this and FUNKY MONDAYS could be an A n B side hit don't you think ? cheers DL

Hey juri, I just can't rate my own vocals! LOL! Though I'll say as usual you make me think I sound better in your final mix than I remember recording! I love some of the additions in this new mix, I can now pick the bass line out more easily, how many guitars you got going in here? They all sound wicked, regardless. I echo what Tony said about it sounding like you're in the same room. The mix sounds incredible, will have to burn it onto a cd so I can hear it on my stereo speakers! And again, I love that solo...it rocks! You are the MAN! Thanks a mil! xo Sugarbee ;)

Oh this was not here when I was here before. As usual your production is fantastic. Hardly seems like a 5 is enough. This is a strong song. Congrats to the ladies and yourself and Mike. One thing I am hearing is your guitar sounds like I am sitting in the same room with your amp. I have wrestled with different ways to get such a real sound. Is this a real amp or plugins?? Too much in the middle on my song? THe vocals are dead center with the idea the harmony separates them or were you talking about instruments too? Just always interested in your mix thoughts. Good work on the new one.
