The Website of a DJ I know in Canada had a ?Google earth? photo with an address marked, and when I asked about it, he ?triple dog dared? me to write a song about it. So I did. I googled the address, and the house is for sale?pretty nice place.
I know from experience that places that have ?some history? usually sell faster and better, so the song tries to help a little. But this is a relatively new house in a new neighborhood, so it was necessary to be a little speculative.
It?s been suggested this would make a goodmusic video?you know, the kind where somebody walks through the house with a video camera. But instead of the standard realtor voice-over talking about the amenities, there?d be this:
