Finger style and Acoustic Progressive guitar, flute, synth and Mellotron.
Welcome to the music of Carlo D'Anna's Ridiculous Dream music. Also known as "Dream Warrior" in some circles. Influences and music styles ranging from basic to progressive rock, with definite Retro seventies sound. If you enjoy the sound of Moody Blues, George Harrison, Genesis, Dead Can Dance, and others of the same style, more or less, you will probably like this music. I use quite a bit of Mellotron and acoustic fingerstyle guitar as well.

I must have missed this one during the years. Very nice cooperation.
Think I like the moment of 2:00 the most, when the violin is coming in (bridge). And that solo guitar coming in at 3:30 (another bridge).
Very professional made, enjoyed it very much.

carlo - i really love this song. too bad i praised it in your blog, saying what a beautiful song it WOULD be, and here it is - a great song. i really like the effects, and the style of singing - yes the verses sound like they are influenced somewhat like pink floyd, with the pipes...but when the synth/guitars come in on their leads, the song really become uniquely your own. i like the tone, and the balance of this, a great work of art.

I love the changes in this song and the synth lead lines are very fitting, not to mention the guitar solo. I like the song very much, it has a Moody Blues vibe with a little eastern like the progressive music of the late 60s when it all exploded, good vocals as well, very soothing.

Lovely song, both instrumentation/arrangement, performance and lyrics! The violin solo has a great mood, painting that distant moon cold and mystic.
