Real Name - Dave Evans. Primarily a songwriter, I played guitar and sang in original local bands with names like Destiny, Streetwise, Windstorm. Of these, Windstorm had the most potential. Before imploding, we opened shows for a few 70s and 80s luminaries.

Lyrics
This Street's about to come apart Reel and rock, blow apart Somebody ought to call the cops Make it stop before it starts The angry mob feeling the heat Go back inside, stay off the street You try to solve a problem with a baseball bat You'll never get away with a move like that Maybe you should think a bit before you act You'll never get away with a move like that This street was such a quiet street Peaceful street, friendly street There's something different that we can't explain What a shame, who's to blame? The tensions are starting to rise You don't like that try this one for size Somebody shot his neighbor for a missing cat Could it be as simple as a lover's spat Somebody dumped a body just around the back How can they get away with a move like that? What's happened to the neighborhood? Things have changed, it sure is strange New faces that just don't belong Pick a stone send them home Don't think about joining the fray Grab what you can we're moving away You try to solve a problem with a baseball bat You'll never get away with a move like that Maybe you should thin a bit before you act You'll never get away with a move like that

Sounds good man! Nice catchy tune... just off the top of my head it reminds me of a cross between, "The Grateful Dead" and "The Traveling Wilburys"

Brilliant! Guitar pop as it should be - instant catchy melody and a great sound. Love the tone in the guitar break too.

Bullseye! You've captured that loss of the old neighborhood feel that many are experiencing, including the street I grew up on. Was a time when everyone knew each other, house by house it's been replaced by absentee landlords with impersonal residents. Great Job on the track Dave, nice hooks, very well written and performed. A station add for sure. Excellent work!!!

This is great - the serious lyrics become more poignant when contrasted by the upbeat music. Top class song - really grabs the attention!
