EXCLUSIVE License - $300-$1000: - Prices vary by beat - You are permitted to use the beat for unlimited projects and purposes - We will remove the beat from all of our sites and no longer offer it for sale to anyone else. - You may not resell any parts of the beat. - Licensee must include on all productions & products the producer’s name. GUIDELINES 1. FREE DOWNLOADS Free downloads of any beat produced by 'It's Tha L Dot Productions' do not include any artistic or legislative rights to the beat. When being uploaded or presented (for non-profit use only), credit always has to be given in a written form to 'L Dot Productions' (e.g. in the song description). Acceptable use without obtaining a license includes: - Reproduction of tangible copies of a recording on the Beat of up to 50 non-profit copies. - Showcasing of a recording on the free tagged Beat in a non-profit manner through an internet-based medium such as Myspace, Youtube, or a personal webpage. - Performing a live act on the Beat in a completely non-profit show. - Redistributing the Beat by itself with all filenames and credits intact through the internet or a tangible medium. You are NOT allowed to put the track on a mixtape or album, even if it is for promotional use only. For this purpose you need to purchase at least a lease. It is not allowed to make any kind of profit with free download versions, in either video, TV, or radio-airplay! Furthermore you are not allowed to make any changes to the beat or remove any of the used tags. Copying or ripping any audio material (e.g. beat, tag, sounds, instruments, drums, etc.) is prohibited and is likely to involve a lawsuit. 2. PAYMENTS It's Tha L Dot Productions accepts PayPal transaction service. All payments are to be paid or are paid upfront before delivery of the product. This means at the same time that services or products by It's Tha L Dot Productions will only be delivered after receiving the payment(s). Payments that are still pending & not being credited yet need to be credited first before delivery! After you have made a transaction and received beat / instrumental to your E-mail address there will be no refunds. 3. PUBLIC PERFORMANCES Profitable performances are allowed for premium, extended and exclusive license. Unlimited profitable performances are only allowed with exclusive rights (one (1) show is allowed within premium and within extended rights)! You may NOT use free tagged download versions for public performances! 4. DELIVERY Products that are bought over It's Tha L Dot Productions are delivered via an automatic system once payment has been made, you will instantly receive the download link(s) to your PayPal E-mail address. All products are delivered via E-mail with contract / invoice. No tangible copies will be delivered. We do not take responsibility if payment system/delivery system is not working or if it fails while you are in process of payment or if you already completed payment process and you did not receive download link. But if you completed payment process and did not receive the download link, contact L Dot Productions by E-mail with your transaction number and we will try to deliver your download link to your email address as soon as possible. 5. TERMINATION - L Dot Productions reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time or terminate your rights to use or distribute the Beat at any time for any reason. 6. LEGAL CONSEQUENCES - Any unauthorized use of the Beat, including unauthorized reselling, is considered a direct violation of the US Copyright Act of 1976 and is infringing upon the copyrights of the works of L Dot Productions. Under the fullest extend of the law, L Dot Productions reserves the right to take legal action or pursue financial compensation as a result of any breach or violation of this Agreement. 7. MODIFICATIONS - We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify this Agreement and any fees, at any time, effective upon the date we post a new Agreement on the beat’s free download page.
