Siqsteen Barz is an independent artist out of Los Angeles who is now furthering his educational career by staying in school and remaining positive. Starting out as a young emcee with no concrete foundation for music, Siqsteen always had the drive to strive for excellence with his music. Growing up in a single parent home only made things harder for Siqsteen but the reality of a dead-beat dad/absent father pushed him to attain things only dreamed about by his father. Never settling for less, he pioneered a Los Angeles hip-hop crew of 8 elite emcees whom he would be the leader and head producer. His production was very low scale being that expensive equipment was in no way accessible to him. This did not stop Siqsteen though. By studying classic producers such as Dr. Dre, Timbaland, and N.E.R.D., Siqsteen was able to formulate his own style of production. From hard hitting club bangers to slow grindin' r'n'b hits Siqsteen is an all around versitle producer carrying hundreds of beats under his belt by the age of 19. Mr. Versitility is what some may call him. His style is creative in which he incorporates comedy in his lyrics so the listener iz all around entertained. Siqsteen will make you laugh on one song, make you think on the next song, then make you think and laugh at the same time on the following song. You never know with Siqsteen. He is definately an emcee who is outside of the box. Living in the bay area while still trying to represent Los Angeles but not trying to be a "gangsta" is a hard task that is done successfully in his music.
