From the moment he was born, my grandson was his daddy's boy. This song was written to honor that sacred relationship between a father and his son.

Daddy’s Little Boy Somersaults and crayons, sparkles in his eye, Wants to be like Daddy, Daddy’s little guy. Action figures, legos, kites and climbing trees. Finding every puddle, loves to play and tease. Chorus He’s Daddy’s little boy, always by his side. Puts his hand in Daddy’s, his hero and his guide. Image of his father according to God’s plan Daddy helps his little boy grow to be a man. Verse Two The months and years fly by, boyhood days have passed, Independent, stubborn, pray it doesn’t last. Cars and sports and girlfriends, sometimes goes astray. Wants to be his own man, likes to have his way. Verse Three Building for the future out of school and grown, Paying bills and married, children of his own. Daddy’s steps have slowed down, gray is in his hair.
