First off, the sound material is quite strong, especially the chromatic descent to lead to the chorus and the instrumental breaks are nice and moody. You have a talent for creating great timbres. Now the vocal production is bit overused now, and some of your instrumental patches (the horn and strings) sound a bit artificial and tubby (too round and the sound has little onset and no decay). Nevertheless, I would love to hear it live with some acoustic instruments - the horn and strings would be beautiful along with a nice synthesizer with good patches. Plus I imagine you actual singing voice is needs no alterations.

I am so impressed with this song that immediately upon hearing it I have become a loyal fan of The Sugar Dames. Lyrically speaking it moves me to really envelop myself in the vocal melodies and disappear for three minutes. To me, dynamic range is ever so essential throughout a mix, especially one of this caliber. Happily I listened on to hear perfect examples of interchanging velocity and lush strings accompanied by over-driven guitars. The songwriting tunes in to remind me of an influence of Portishead/Poe (those bands being two of my Top 20) and this gives it an after-taste of sweetness. In my opinion, the mix is flawless. Great job!

This song souds pretty good . I am a rap or R&b person myself . Just trying to make it doing my dream job but your music is tight . I Chopp & Screw music. Don't know if you know what that is but if you don't all I do is add adlibs and slow it down and make stuff repeat it self . A lot of people are into that but I tried it to your song u might not like but a lot of people on the hip hop pages have your song as a radio hit on there station. If you can give me your opion on what you think bad or good.
