Hello! I'm very glad you stopped in to listen and visit. :) The message I carry is simply this...Jesus loves you and I do too. Hope you enjoy what you hear, and get a blessing from the music, as God does not give His people gifts to just set them upon the shelf, and never be used. I'm only as good as the Lord helps me to be, and I'm thankful for the blessings He has bestowed upon me. I'm NOT perfect, never claimed to be; but on the other hand, I have a message to minister in song, and I do that to the best of my ability. I fully realize there are many songs I demo here that don't fit my style/voice, but I can't run out and get a singer that fits everytime I write a song. :) What I write or cover comes from the heart. I've endured many hard trials in my life, and each one has, in one way or the other made its way into a song that others can relate to. All of my songs except for noted exceptions are free downloads. I'm not a professional by any means, nor am I interested in becoming one; and so the music is given away just as freely as the message was given to me. Story behind the song
Well, let's see...I wrote this one in 1999, cut a track for it around 2000...I DID cut a set of vocals/harmony for it, but never released it...I think this was the fourth song I wrote. I ran across the original cut some time back, and thought I'd do another track for it...but once I found the original, I changed my mind as I really do like this track, even though it's a good example of where my talents were in music back in 2000.....I have come a LONG way, my friends. I'd have to say I actually had FUN cutting this one, that is if I could ever stop bouncing on my toes long enough to get it cut properly. :) Music like this gets my feet moving while I sing. :) It's a song of encouragement, but at the same time, this speaks again of how the Lord will be there with and for you...and He'll NEVER leave you. This I know.....I've BEEN THERE. :)
