Phil is a young fresh singing/songwriting 20yr old native of Denver Co. Currently Relocated to Tampa, FL. Phil has been singing since the early age of 4. He has been singing professionally since April 2002. He was formerly under management of Dionna Harding (Black Pearl Entertainment). He is currently looking for new management. This dynamic artist's voice has been described as inspirational, and anointed his style is labeled as The Gospel Message, the Soulful sound, And the R&B Voice. His recent surroundings have persuaded him to venture to the ROCKSTARR sound. The powerful Vocalist is known to bring tears to the eyes of those who are in the listening audience. Phil has sang/performed for such artist as, Timothy Martin & The Workshop Choir, Angela Spivey, Beverly Crawford, Timothy Wright, And Various Other Artist. He has also performed at such local events as: The Denver Black Arts Festivals (2005, 2006) Juneteenth (2004-2006) The Barber Cutt-Off (2003-2005) and Various Revivals, Night Clubs and Events in and out of the state of Colorado. Phil is aspiring to be a singer that touches souls and lives no matter what genre of music he sings. He is a singer from the heart. Nothing gets him going like a song by artist such as: John Legend, Gary Mayes, Jazmine Sullivan, or Yolanda Adams. The innovative singer desires one day to share a stage with such artists as Kirk Franklin, Beyonce, Shea Norman, Izzy, Eric Roberson, Sy Smith, and well any Artist Who sends a positive message to the world through Word or Song. Over the years the Artist known as Phil Williams has been a Praise & Worship leader at The New Nations Church of God in Christ-Pastor Porter (2000-2005) The Exodus Christian Center-Pastor Connaly (2005) The Temple of Praise Church of God in Christ-Pastor Harris (2006). He was a member of the New Beginnings Cathedral of Worship (church and Praise Team)-Pastors Lewis and Ramona Brown. He Now stands under the covering of Bishop Dennis Lennard And is a faithful Praise Team Leader at the Heritage Christian Center under the Direction of Minister Kurt Carr. Phil has acquired a wide repertoire of songs ranging from Gospel to R&B. On both of his COVER CDs he has songs such as Ordinary People, So High, Burn, Byrons Medley, Gods Gotta Blessing, Sorry 2004, Flying Without Wings, Still Say Thank You, and a plethora of other songs. It is always said that even when he isnât singing gospel you can still hear the anointing and church roots in his Voice.
