are champions of psychedelia in it's purest form. The goal of the band is to go forward by going backward, with the mindset that we will take psychedelic rock and roll to newer places. We indulge in many sounds and instruments while keeping the music fresh, fun and memorable. We like to take advantage of the fact that music is played primarily on 2 separate speakers. Along with incredible stereo separation, you'll find songs with strings, horns, backwards guitars and sounds, sitars (all real, analogue and genuine) combined with the more traditional rock and roll instruments. All that genre stuff aside, we'd like to point out that SONGWRITING is king. Our main focus: to write great "gotta hear THAT again" songs.

Story behind the song
MARK MIKEL: This was a song we played live all the time. Well before Sorghum Pudding was even a thought. I think this version is nice but didn't quite capture the excitement of the live versions.
Lyrics
Let it be a big mistake A pointless pseudo-sham Think about it anyway that you can And mock every word that I've said to your face Okay But I was your work of art And I was your motor heart But I never took it farther than a day Let choices be made But let it not be forgotten this way Let it make your darkened past A background full of lies Let it mean everything you despise And taunt me so bad that I'm hiding in shame Okay But I was your ball and chain And I played the fool again But I got a little rattle-brained you could say Let senses be praised But let it not be forgotten this way And I was your work of art And I was your motor heart But I never took it farther than a day Let connections be frayed But let it not be forgotten this way
