This song has an edgy sound to it. Somewhere between a Hard Rock Alternative and Folk Rock acoustic. It's different, but I think it works.
alternative rock new fresh sexy blues hot country original distinct powerful

Story behind the song
Long ago I met a homeless man that lost everything because of his addiction to meth. I felt horrible for him, and every since, I've been trying to tell his story in a song. I think I finally did. I hope he's not listening Writers Note: When I was writing this song, I tried to find a way to create the feeling of addiction. The anxiety, pressure, and such, so I used the "Wolf" scenario in the tag, similar to the "Three Little Pigs"
Lyrics
I am the one, you don't want to know my name. I am the one, You don't want to play my game. You see no reason, to change your ways. I see the lines on, I see the lines on, I see the lines on my face Look into my eyes Tell me can you see the man, that's slowly dying. Can you feel my pain, the sorrow and the shame, the wonder and the blame... Once the needle hit the vein. I am the one, you don't want to live my life. I had it all, I had a house, I had a family and a wife. Now I have the lines on, now I have these lines on, now I have these lines on my face. Repeat Chorus: I hear the wolf at my back door, should I let him in?. I hear the wolf at my back door, should I let him in?. Repeat Chorus *2

Cool sounding tune... I dig the alice n chains influence. Your voice is the real thing, you need to be doing live shows as well IMHO. Can't wait to hear more.
