"No cats were actualy harmed in the making of this song." Good to hear, Max!
Okay, this is the first time in my life I´ll review a song from an artist who resides in "La La Land HI ZIMBABWE". Funny thing, but the Nylon guitar classical style doesn´t seem to be so different from what we hear in the north-western hemisphere 8)
Interesting enough that out there musical taste includes a variety of names and styles like Captain Beefheart, Led Zepplin, Maria Kerry, Tele Tubbys, Eric Clapton, Seymour Duncan, Phil Silvers, Don Ho, Tiny Tim, Jimi Hendrix, The Singing Nun, Wynton Marsalis and Dan Hicks
I love Beefheart, Clapton, Hendrix, Marsalis, too!
Anyway: Music.
A nylon string guitar, all alone in this world, picked, goes G/a/b/D or something the like, followed by variatons, fast melodies, hammerings, Flagolets at the end of each passage.
A higher segment with an all minor part, lovely, full tone.
I hear Vienna, I hear the great American folk song, I hear Guthrie an
I'm glad to hear someone still playing on a classical. I thought I was the only one left (don't count the gypsy kings,etc...). Nicely done.
