Story behind the song
This song was comissioned by Arhus International Theatre Company as a part of the musical score of the show "The Tempest" by W. Shakespeare. At the order od the wizard Prospero the fairy spirits stage a show for his daughter Miranda and her prospective husband Ferdinand. Being tired of a "proper" moralistic songs, the sprits suddenly sing this cheerful and naughty tune about two lovers in the rye. Premiere: Arhus, Denmark 2008
