Story behind the song
I like Talib Kweli, although I wouldn't say I was a huge fan, but when I first heard "Get By" I knew straight away that I wanted to remix it. By the next day I'd got the instrumental, mixed it with part of the original track and had my verse recorded! I then sent it to my good friend, Jenre, an emcee from Bristol who finished off the track with a stunning 2nd verse.
