We are the Band KOUMPAROI!!!Welcome to our Page! We are a teenage band from Greece and we are playing basically traditional songs of our country but when we are in the mood for doing crazy things,we mix traditional music and instruments with other songs (mostly beats)and we have lot's of fun.We are only two persons but we count for 100!!!My name is George and my friend's name is Sokratis (like the philosopher).I play the guitar, the gainta (or tsampouna it is a greek instrument), the greek flute and staff and Sokratis plays all the other noisy things, like the drums, the ntaouli, toumperleki and he is the one who prepares and modifies the beats. We are a bit crazy about the greek tradition.
