For over 40 years I played lead guitar and did back-up vocals in various country bands. It has been one of the greatest thrills of my life. But, these days I stay at home and compose songs, both lyrics and music. My writing style is much broader than just country music. I also write southern rock, a little blues, lots of smooth jazz and movie themes and even some latin music. I have been writing for about 20 years and hope to for quite a few more years.

Story behind the song
Just smessinging around with my keyboards and music software one day last fall and this is what became of that over the past several months. This will be the first cut from a CD I hope tohave completed by summer 2007. Purely on a whim, I am injecting Baroque Classical Piano music into contemporary and traditional music genres and arrangements. And yep...it really sounds different at times! But, it sounds petty cool, too! There definitely is nothing purist about this in any way. It's just eclectic and interesting, in my opinion. Thanks for listening.
