a time in my life when God was wanting me to do something and oh my I prayed and pray
I sure did not want to. now I can say WOW
this valley hasn't been bad.

Story behind the song
Back in 2003 I was faced with a decission to take care of my great uncle and aunt .
They had became unable to take care of them selfs.
They had no children and I was close to them growning up through the years.
When my aunt had ask I literally got sick to my stomach thinking how I would be tied down.
At the time he had not been long since my dad had gone home to be with the Lord and he being sick for years and my mom taking care of him, I promised her we would just travel and she could just go, go unlike
she had been able to do all her years. This I was looking forward to do.
It happen so fast as soon as I was faced with this decission I went right in prayer asking God and pleading
there was so other way, I did not want to be tied down! and having to move in with them and handling all their affairs, I felt I had enough as it was.
Several days went by and still God still voice within telling me to do this, wow I walked my floors weeping and talking to God. He knew all I wanted was to be pleasing and to do what he would have me to do, cuz I knew nothing I would do would be true happiness, joy peace UNLESS I was obedient to him.
So to make this short
I thank God I was in his will and listen to a calling he had
in my life to do!!! wow he had blessed me so , oh what joy and happiness, you can't even imagen!
