INSPIRATION

Long ago God spoke MANY TIMES and in MANY WAYSto our ancestors through the prophets.--Hebrews 1:1 (NLT, Emphasis added) The Holy Bible is not one book written by one author. Rather, it is a collection of books written by many authors from different locations, at different times, and with different ways of communicating God's Revelation to them. Though all scripture was given by inspiration of one God, God purposely allowed their personality and perspective to "bleed" through, making the Bible a uniquely crafted collection dedicated to revealing the TRUTH to mankind.
