I'm Eric Kalenze, and Gawker Slowdown is the name I've given my little musical hobby. While I'm currently in a state of semi-retirement from music, I still write and play out occasionally. All songs on this site were written, performed, and recorded by me in my Twin Cities basement.

That is very fun and well done. There are many people out there who can't imagine how hard it could be to record children (btw maybe it was easy with yours ... ). The guitar comp is neat. Very cool. ... also checked out some of your other stuffs. I really dig some of your songs.
