I find it relaxing and peaceful. Sometimes words can be distracting when you're trying to relax or chill out... Music really can help you relax. Instrument: I play a messiah maton acoustic steel string guitar. It has a beautiful sound and records very well. Made in Australia offcourse. The guitar has matured nicely over the last 6 years.
