Story behind the song
Kolt had always wanted to use 'The Loving Spoonful's' classic 'Summer in the City' for a sample. Kolt suggested that Write Beat sample the classic, Write Beat worked his magic and Kolt laid down the foundation. LMS & Garcia blessed the track to finalize the vision. This track truly represents Miami from every perspective.
