Born in 1998, Joujouka is an ever-evolving new wave electro band led by Numanoid a.k.a DJ Tsuyoshi, Funky Gong and the newest VJ addition Kazu. Catapulting right into the worldwide arena that same year by releasing their debut album,with their original members in London, they immediately started to tour major music centers including Tokyo, London, and Paris. They didn't waste any time before releasing ""in Japan in December of the same year. Appearances in major outdoor festivals such as Fuji Rock Festival and Oslo's Alavika Festival, and sharing stages with electronic icons such as System 7 and X-Dream, followed. They continue to surprise and excite fans around the world not limited to the electronic scene but also in rock and various art scenes.
