Life is tough. Yet, when Christ lives through you, the unbearable becomes a situation you can bare, the impossible IS possible. This song comes from personal loss, hardship, trials, from living LIFE. This song comes from the heart, it was born while Von listened to her daddy pray every day while battleing cancer 'FATHER, IN SPITE OF WHAT THIS WORLD HAS LAID UPON ME, I HAVE ENJOYED THIS DAY WITH YOU" While Von cared for her father for 3 and 1/2 years, Luster Barrett taught his daughter how to LIVE and ENJOY life, DESPITE the impending death he faced, he would tell her "WHEN I TAKE MY LAST BREATH I WILL BEGIN THE GREATEST ADVENTURE OF MY LIFE" Just know when bad things happen that GOD DID NOT DO THAT.... it is up to us to make the most out of bad situations, to RISE up from the muck, to look out at the world and REJOICE that you are alright, things are going to be okay... even when you feel like the world is falling down around you.
