Lyrics
Well I look out my window I see clouds are rolling in I know the storm will pass long before daylight I hurry to the station oh that train its due at three Bringing my baby back to me Well I went downtown and bought myself a dancing dress today Just can’t wait to see him Lord its been a year in May But that train is a rolling right on by and it aint slowing down Won’t it bring my baby back to me And that train rolls on and the smoke begins to clear I know the storm will pass long before he’s here And I hear that train a coming Lord its rolling round the bend Bringing my baby back to me I woke up the next morning and the clouds had gone away Tell myself it has to be well hes coming home today But that train aint coming round no more and I sit till the sun goes down Won’t it bring my baby back to me And that train rolls on and the smoke begins to clear I know the storm will pass long before he’s here And I hear that train a coming Lord its rolling round the bend Bringing my baby back to me, Oh bringing my baby back to me Oh that train thats gonna bring my baby back
