S.D. Productions is a limited liability company based in New York City and Hamburg, Germany. S.D. is an acronym for SoulFul DynaMics. SoulFul DynaMics was a band developed in Monrovia, Liberia by S.D. Productions very own CEO, B.J.K. Mason. Surprisingly few African bands have been successful in Europe given the roots of most popular music. However, the SoulFul DynaMics created quite a buzz when they arrived in Hamburg, Germany. In January 1970 they enjoyed a Number 1 hit in Germany with a song titled 'Mademoiselle Ninette. Years later, BJK Mason moved his family to Southside Jamaica Queens and the rest is history, the present, and our future. The S.D. Production family consists of singers, songwriters, producers, and managers with various journeys through life and a united purpose to produce genuine music from the hindsight of the youth coupled with the experience of seasoned professionals.
