My name is Kenneth Edward Keyn. I am simply a musician. I strive to understand the deeper things that music has to offer. I am a composer of deep, rich, and expressive music. I am classically trained, but I explore a plethora of genres and styles. I specialize in orchestral, choral, and small ensemble work. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Music Theory and Composition from Warner Pacific College in Portland, Oregon. I am the primary co-composer on the iPhone game Trenches. I am a long standing member of OverClocked ReMix, where I am featured on multiple album releases and individual arrangements.

Story behind the song
This song was written as an entry for the Thematic Original Music Competition (TOMC 14) on the forums of OverClocked ReMix. The story behind the song is as follows: "A long lost cavern has remained untouched for centuries. Once a sacred shrine, the cavern is now overtaken with mosses and small creatures. Near the entrance, illuminated by a shaft of light and carved from cavern rock, stands a worn stone statue of a robed woman with her hands cupped before her. In her hands, a single white flower has found its resting place. She offers solace before the darkness of the deep cavern."
