Story behind the song

I composed "Celestial Lullaby" for a community theatre production in 2004.  The music work has been a favorite of mine ever since.

The show was James Brosnahan's "Red Nose, Floppy Shoes".  It was a comedy.  I was approached to write an original classical work that would be played during a scene in the show.  I composed "Celestial Lullaby" to be that classical work.

I have heard good things from people who have heard this music piece of mine, both good and bad.  However, they all seemed to like it overall.  As for myself, I have always liked this particular work of mine.  It is very stirring to me emotionally.  I don't think I'll ever tire of hearing it.
