Dark, swamp driven, whiskey righteous and twisted. Rock, Alternative Country, Psychobilly.
Bake West has seen the glory of the gone world and the Lord. He has seen through the graveyard eyes and tattered cloths of saints. Here is a testimony of surviving souls and haloed dreams. He's not asking for a sword. He's just making sense and sound to fill the mortal void. He's not looking for a hero. He just wants you to believe, interpreting the scene through a true and tragic sound. With a hand in Jersey witchcraft and a hand in bathtub gin, he peels his guitar poems from broken dreams and bottles, to build a house complete. Immersed in roots of rockabilly and blues, he plants his seeds and sows his sounds in black-light perfumed dreams. Have you seen the ghost of John? He's holding hands with Elvis, Hound Dog Taylor, Hasil Adkins and The Cramps. Dark, swamp driven, whiskey righteous and twisted. Bake West's music tells us of people and places we may or may not want to know. Come on, get your smokes and lets go!

Lyrics
"Nothing like that first drink of the day. Well you see it was late and the girls were tripple chin drunk as they left that chicken shack in Weehawken. A corner was turned and Harleen's tits were firmly squeezzing out of her napalm stained dress. She was one hot baby you wanna get all messy with...This is a tale I'm tell ya, of two killers to drunk to care."
