The very last audible words that I heard our Mother say was, 'Don't Worry About Me' This was a very kind, sweet and gentle loving soul who always thought of others first, and herself last. Our Mother taught us how to have joy in our life.

Story behind the song
Mother was a member of the same Church for forty-eight years. Served in the Church as SS teacher, piano player, and in many other ways. Mother lived the Christian life day in and day out. When the Lord called her home, he allowed her children to witness her passing into glory. We don;t think of our Mother as being dead, we think of her as being promoted. As we were gathered around her bedside on Nov. 23, 2004 at the age of 94, we were watching, and telling her how much we loved her when she drew her final breath. Oh there's going to be a grand reunion someday folks, and I wouldn't miss it for the world. Praise Jesus for that old rugged cross.

She was always so loving, not a harsh word was heard. Lived her life for her Saviour, raised her kids on his word. When the Angels came for her, we were there by her bed. We could see her face glowing, this is what Mother said. CHO. Don't worry about me child, I've just started living. My Saviour is calling, with the promise He's given. Now I think of my children, with children their own. Help me be a good witness, just as Mother has shown. And when I lay down this body, Your precious blood paid my way.
